I will review Denver Beer shampoo. Now, if some of you are thinking, what is a beer shampoo and why would the brand included beer as a key component in a shampoo? Well, actually beer when used as a last rinse helps to give volume to the hair with shine and strength. There are several people who would use Apple Cider Vinegar to get some bounce and shine to their oily hair post shampoo. I have already used a beer shampoo from a different brand and when Denver launched this beer shampoo, my brother was the one who was keen on trying it. This contains real beer and gives hair shine and strength and can be used by both men and women. Let’s know more about it.

Price: Denver Beer shampoo comes for 160 Rupees for 200 ml. Quite affordable it is.

Experience with Denver Beer shampoo

Denver Beer shampoo is packaged in a cute looking brown bottle that looks like a mini version of a beer bottle. The packaging is very travel friendly and easy to use. The consistency of this shampoo is medium that it isn’t extremely thick or runny but just the perfect fluidity that can be used easily on the scalp. It does smell like beer initially but I honestly I didn’t like the other beer shampoo from a different brand that was a bit too much on the smell even post the hair wash. 

This has a mild smell and spread easily. It gives good lather and needs only a teaspoonful for my hair length when my hair is not oil massaged. The gentle lathers will wash the hair properly and while I wash it out it gets rinsed out quickly. Therefore, my experience while using this was good, there were no concerns as such. Post the hair wash, there was faint smell of beer which went away after 15-20 minutes or I should say when the hair got dried fully the smell wasn't there.

I am happy that this shampoo did not make my hair rough as the other beer shampoo that I used had made my hair slightly rough though volume was there. So, with this my hair were smoother and yes, they were shinier too. I liked the way, it induces subtle bounce on the hair ends. My hair type is normal and they are in pretty good state therefore I can’t say if it will give the similar results for extremely curly or dry hair. 

Denver Beer shampoo can be a good everyday or regular shampoo for oily to normal hair. My hair has become slightly oily in summers and this shampoo has taken off the oils without making the hair or scalp dry. This can be tried by men too and will fare well for most of the men with normal to oily hair.

Denver Beer shampoo is a good everyday shampoo for normal to oily hair. It makes hair softer, silkier and shinier. It also gives some volume and shine by taking off the dirt and impurities. It may not be the same results for excessive dry or curly hair though you can try and see as I really liked it for summers.
