I am using this Palmer’s body butter for the past so many days and this is my first brush up with firming body butter. I have used the regular body lotions and body butters but this has firming claims to it. I have not used many Palmer’s products but I have heard good things about this brand which made me think that it will be a promising product. So, let’s know if this product is worth the claims.

Price: This firming body butter is for 520 rupees for 350ml.

Experience with Palmer’s Firming Body Butter

The body butter comes in a really big bottle with a pump dispenser at the top. I like to keep it on the table so that I could just press it and use it. Pump dispensers make such product usage very hygienic and convenient, I am saying this from the user’s points of view.

The body butter has cocoa butter along with other vital nutrients like Q10. Texture and fragrance wise it is more like a cocoa butter enriched body butter which is very hydrating and gets absorbed into the skin deeply due to which the skin stays hydrated for a really long time. I like the fragrance of the cocoa butter, caramel and chocolaty. 

It stays a lot longer even after the application. The body butter keeps the skin moisturized for a good amount of time. i.e. for 5 plus hours which is good for a person with normal body skin like mine. It claims that the body butter firms the body. Along with the cocoa butter this body lotion also has Shea butter, collagen, elastin, Co enzyme Q 10 which revitalizes the skin and tightens.

I have been using it for the past so many days. I think from the beginning of the February. I like that it hydrates my body. I use this twice in a day after the shower and before going to bed. I can’t say about the firming thing but this has made the skin texture smoother like my legs which were rough moreover, my feet which are very dry. This body butter has not only moisturized them but also made them softer and smoother. 

The price is a bit high if you will compare with other body lotions but being a body butter it is decently priced. Little bit of this product is enough and the good thing is that it will not be very greasy on the skin hence can be used for the summers without being extremely oily.

Palmer’s products are not tested on animals and don't have parabens and phthalates.

Take: I will recommend this Palmer’s body butter to those of you who do not mind the price and cocoa butter. This is ideal for hydrating the skin and at the same time nourishing the skin with some skin friendly nourishing ingredients like cocoa butter, shea butter, elastin, collagen, vitamin E which enhances the skin’s firmness and texture with regular usage. Moreover the product is paraben and phthalate free and not being tested on animals.
