Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum Review

Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum Review
Hey everyone!!
Frizzy, dry hair with split ends is really hard to mange thus requires a lot of care and extensive conditioning treatments to restore the beauty of the hair though I have realized that to some extent hair serums can do a decent job in taming down the frizzy mane. I will review Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum which I have been using since three weeks, I guess. It claims to seal the splits ends and thereby lesser damage so keep on reading if it fared well.

Price: Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum is priced at 299 Rupees for a 50 ml pack.
Brand ClaimsThis season, don’t lose your head over split ends for Garnier brings this ‘Fructis Goodbye Damage Split Ends Serum’. Its active ingredient, keratphyll, along with the unique blend of vitamins and amino acids, will not only seal and bind your split ends, but will also make your hair silky smooth and beautifully shining.

View: Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum comes in an attractive and a user friendly orange packaging with a pump dispenser. The translucent, see through bottle helps to keep a check on the quantity left. The bottle is around 6 inches tall which allows you to carry it inside the purse and is very travel friendly. It has a lock system which will prevent leakage. How cool is that?

The hair serum has a mild conditioner kind of smell. It Isn’t too thick or runny like hair oils.
I take around less than half a teaspoonful of product in my palm, rub it then gentle smear all over my hair concentrating more on the ends since I want that my comparatively drier ends should be coated well with the serum so that it will aid in a smoother brushing, resulting in lesser hair fall due to breakage. You can adjust the quantity of the hair serum as per your hair length. It doesn’t weigh down the hair but for sure tames the frizzy dry hair to a decent extent which I like as I don’t want anything that can weigh down my hair. In anyways, hair serums are not supposed to do that. Apart from that it adds a subtle shine to the hair which stays for 2-3 hours on me after which the shine fades away and hair gets back to their normal self.

Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum review, price, how to use
Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum

If I compare it with the cheaper options like Livon hair potion and Matrix Biolage hair serum, I feel that it has an edge over both the hair serums. Therefore, if you don’t mind paying some bucks extra, you can try this once and see yourself as I really like it.
Coming back to this hair serum, For dry curly hair, I think it will not work in the same manner as it does for normal to wavy hair but it will surely add shine and some amount of smoothness, no matter how dry the hair is, as compared with not applying anything at all after the conditioner.

Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum
I like to use this once my hair is in semi dried state and once they will dry fully, I would like to touch up with this hair serum on the ends to give them extra protection especially while going out.

Pros of Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum
Packaging
Travel friendly
Little bit is sufficient though depends on hair length
Makes hair shinier
Hair feels softer hair is manageable and easy to comb through

Cons of Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum
Price can be a bit higher as compared with other options.
May not work on excessive dry hair

Rating: 4 out of 5

Take: Garnier Fructis Splits Ends Serum comes in an easy to use attractive packing that allows you to carry this hair serum in your bag. It spreads nicely and gives a subtle shine to the hair that stays on for some time and makes the hair softer, manageable So that while brushing lesser hair will come out due to breakage. I really liked this serum and feel that it has an edge over the other hair serums. It doesn’t weigh down the hair but makes them softer.
