I was still in love with the Color Show range when this franchise was taken forward with the new entrants Maybelline color show glitter mania and I must admit, I am a glitter lover when it comes to nail paints which has fascinated me to these and tempted me to try these beauties.

Maybelline New York launched these textured nail paint with never seen before Color Dry technology that provides a sand-textured effect in the hottest glitter shades like Dazzling Diva, Red Carpet, Bling on the Blue, Pink Champagne, Paparazzi Purple, Matinee Mauve, All That Glitters & Starry Nights.

Glitter Mania nail paints are packaged in the similar sized and designed bottles as that of the regular color show ones and contains 6 ml. I have got three lovely shades, Red carpet, Dazzling Diva and Pink Champagne. I really like the name that they have chosen for each one of them.

Red Carpet: It is muted red color with loads of gold shimmers that give it a duo chrome effect and make it Red carpet worthy! It has a medium consistency and can give you true to the bottle color and intensity in just two coats which I find amazing considering the fact that it has glitters and sandy texture.

In my nail swatch pictures, I have had a red nail polish before applying red carpet which is why it appears bright red but in person, Red carpet is more like a muted red.

Dazzling Diva: I was pretty breathless for few second when I saw this pretty color. It’s just full of pure silver shimmers and slightly chunky glitter particles. The intensity is great, just two swipes and it will give gorgeous opaque silver glitter coated nails with sand texture. Gosh!! I can’t over it! It is so beautiful!!

In my swatch pictures, I have the first pic with just a single coat when it isn’t that opaque but yet creates a soft subtle glittery effect. I would love to sport this with a white dress or with Color Show Moon Beam layered before this. It may not look as appealing on dusky complexion though but the next shade would definitely be.

Pink Champagne: Now, again this color has made me its fan, it’s such an attractive color that will look good on all the skin tones. Just look at it! It’s more like a rose gold color with full on shimmer and glitter. The warmth in this shade will make it look fantastic on all everyone. I still have it o my nails and the good this is that due to its color in spite of being a full on glitter dose, it doesn’t look over the top.

I would highly recommend this color!

As these are glitter polishes, you will have to give them slightly more time to get dry for a beautiful finish and while taking this off extra efforts would be needed which most of you would know. It’s a common tiring job with glitter nail polish.

So these were the colors that I have got! Now, I need Starry Nights and All that Glitters soon. Can’t wait for long to bring them into my life!! :P
