Yesterday, I attended Bloggers Event at Lancome Paris Boutique at DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj, for which I was invited. The Event marked the unveiling of Lancome's New Dreamtone Skin tone correcting brightening serum. This is a soon to be launched product. It's been already launched in the U.S
Lancome offers three different versions of this Dreamtone Serum based on the pigmentation profile.
Pigmentation Profile 1 is for fair skin with redness and uneven skin tone.
Pigmentation Profile 2 is for medium skin with dark spots and sallowness.
Pigmentation Profile 3 is for dark skin acne marks, discoloration
An advanced skin tone correcting tinted serum. Developed with unique, all-round correction technology, Triple Action Technology Helps correct the appearance of dark spots, uneven skin tone & color irregularities. Creates a clear, smooth, radiant, flawless & healthy looking complexion Available in three shades for fair, medium & dark complexions. Free of parabens, sulfates & phthalates Dermatologist-tested, ophthalmology control.
I used it and instantly skin felt softer and radiant. I hope it fares well for me. I picked up Pigmentation profile 2, even though, I do have redness concerns but not as much as the dark spots.

Lancome's makeup Artist Vandana, a sweet and talented girl did a makeover/makeup on me. I wanted it very light and nothing much!!
She started off with removing any traces of makeup. I only had lipstick and BB cream. No mascara no eyeliner. Eye makeup junkie and no mascara especially when you are going out for an event. Actually, I thought I will put mascara in the car on the way but got busy playing games on my mobile. Built my army and was just about to attack and there I reached Promenade!! Mehnat wasted.. couldn't even saved the game. Will start over at night!
Anyways. Vandana then applied, Lancome Genifique youth Activating concentrate to prep up the skin, followed by the Lancome Dreamtone in no 2 to add a glow and brightening effect to the skin. It's actually a skintone colored serum that blends effortlessly on the skin and gives a nice sheen to the face.
Then comes the UV expert with SPF 30.
Then she did my base with Lancome Miracle tint foundation and the rest of the product. I was excited about the Lancome Hypnose masacra, their most famous mascara.

Here's me!! Look at my cheeks, they look double than they are. I know it's just the camera angle.. Err I guess it's extra cheese that I have on pizzas. :P
