Tony and Guy Daily Style Conditioner Review

Hello everyone!!
I will review a daily styling conditioner from Tony and Guy. It’s my first product from this range and brand and as I am writing this review I remember, I had to call a PR who kept asking me to take a free keratase treatment at Tony and Guy salon, But as usual, I hadn’t called reason, I forgot due to loads of work to finish and attend even if it was free! :D
Anyways, Let’s come back to the review.
I got this small pack in my vellvette box which is 75ml for 275 rupees, can be easily carried in a bag and for small trips.

How it works: Its active ingredients deeply cleanses the hair leaving it feeling fresh and well hydrated. It has Humectant to aid in moisturizing the hair and Silicones to smooth and add shine.

How to use: Use the conditioner after shampooing. Apply small amount of conditioner to palms of your hands and massage thoroughly into the hair. Leave for 3-5 minutes and rinse complete.

Ingredients: See image!!

It as a very mild fragrance that will not bother you . This small pack comes in a white cap and a red bottle looks good!
I used it just like I used any other conditioner after my shampoo . I apply my conditioner on all the hair concentrating on the ends which are drier. You should not apply conditioner on your scalp as it can weigh down your hair and they can appear chipku, if you have thin hair.

After keeping it for 3-4 minutes, I rinse it off with plain water and I always, give a last rinse to my hair with cold water, just on the hair. Cold water seals off the cuticles and hair are less tangled and more manageable.
It made my hair soft and silky which most of the other conditioners can also do, But what I like is that when I use other conditioners my hair gets frizzy and dry after half of the day passes but this has made my hair softer looking and feeling for a longer period of time. most importantly, it didn’t weigh them down. I could notice that frizz was reduced noticeably. Point to be noted here that, My hair aren't too dry or rough but gets frizzy occasionally.

My ends which are comparatively drier than rest of my hair were smoother than before. I think it is like most of the other conditioner honestly but a bit better.
Price is higher as compared with regualar pantene, Dove, sunsilk etc and tressemme being the latest additions amongst the budget shampoo & conditioner range.

Therefore, I think, It was a decent conditioner and comparatively pricey so honestly, I don’t think, I will recommend it since there wasn’t anything extra ordinary except decent results at this price.

Pros:
Availble online easily.
Decent packaging
Hair feels softer and smoother.
Frizz was reduced to some extent
Ingredients mentioned
Doesn’t weigh down the hair
Good for everyday use, if you shampoo everyday.
Hair feels shinier though that fades off after a couple of hours.

Cons:
Expensive as comparared with the regular ones.
Did noting too special.
May not help very dry hair

Rating- 3.5 out of 5

Take- Tony & Guy daily style conditioner is a decent conditioner that does what a conditioner should do, though it may not do anything for dry frizzy hair as it says it is for normal hair types. You may try if you like but it is nothing that I should recommend.

  7. I have a feeling it wont work on my dry hair. Need a more moisturizing conditioner for my dry hair. I haven't used a lot of T&G products but I want to give them a try, especially the styling ones :)
On a side note, dont miss out on kerastase treatment. Free or not, kerastase products are amazing ;)

  10. This brand aroused my interest many times while browsing through medplusbeauty.com, thankfully I never bought anything. Also, Label M, Tony's daughter's brand has very high priced products which are far worse than Tony and Guy's.

    1. Thanks for the info Gagan!!
My hair are normal and are naturally silky and smooth with occasional frizz so, if I wont have got this in the vellvette bag, i would have never bought this due to it's price as other normal conditioners work fine for me.
