3 Easy ways to exfoliate to get luscious smooth lips

Hi all!
How many times you have seen pouty pics in the magazines and wished your lips to be the same smooth and luscious.  Well! I have thought that a lot of times and those of you who have dry lips can understand how it feels when you buy a fantastic lip color but due to your dry and flaky lips, it doesn’t comes as it should be. Exfoliation is really important for the face and body and that applies to your lips as well!

Smooth lips not only looks luscious but every lip color looks amazing on them!
If you suffer from dry and flaky lips then exfoliation is the key to make them smooth. Here are just little ways or tricks that you may use to exfoliate and condition your lips.

Brush it: Yup, you heard it right, your don’t have to brush your teeth only you may brush your lips too to make get rid of the flakiness! And It works! Do try it yourself. I also realized that it also makes them look flushed due to increased blood circulation for sometimes.

Vaseline: Use your little small Vaseline pack to exfoliate. Just slather some on your lips and then wait.. wait… okay. Wait for say 15 minutes. Come on. we can do it, we wait that much for face packs too!
Now, after that take a towel or wash cloth and gently in circular motions wipe your lips. As the Vaseline was there for that time on the lips, it makes then soft, conditions them and softens flakiness so, when you wipe the dead skin and flaky peels also comes off, leaving you with smooth, soft lips with no flakiness. This one's my favorite!!

Sugar scrub: Make your own sugar scrub for lips in seconds by mixing some sugar with olive oil and rubbing it over the lips. The sugar crystals will help in exfoliation and olive oil will condition. Be gentle around the skin near your lips too! Apply some lip balm after that.

Now, what are you waiting? Try any of these inexpensive and easy DIY smooth lips tricks and ideas and get those Luscious looking lips. (sounds like a TV/radio commercial).:D

Bye for now, I am going to grab my Vaseline so, that I can click some good pics with the new lip color that I bought last week!!
:D

  8. The sugar scrub idea is the best and brown sugar works better than white sugar :)
