Inglot Freedom System Eyeshadow AMC 72 Review and Swatches

Inglot Freedom System Eyeshadow AMC 72 Review and Swatches
Hello everyone!!
I will review cum swatching one more Inglot freedom system Eye shadow Refill in the shade AMC 72 which is a pretty purple color with fine glitters. I like purples a lot lately but somehow, I have not used this shade much. I think twice for an eye makeup look.
It was lying in the case where in I put the loose refills and Completely forget about this poor little thing.

Anyways, let’s know more about this product then.

Price: 300 INR for 2.7 g of product with a shelf life of 3 years. I don’t think I will be ever able to finish this. :D

Ingredients: All the ingredients are mentioned on a leaflet that comes inside the outer packaging. I have clicked a picture of that. You can see below.

My Experience: It's an Inglot’s regular refill eye shadow from their Freedom system range. You can purchase an empty palette and customize it as per your preference else traveling or storing these refills can be difficult.
This shade is AMC 72, which is a pretty purple.. no I think it’s more like an intermediate between purple and magenta with finely milled multi color glitters. The glitters are not visible until light hits making the color more beautiful. I wish they could have named the shades instead of the numbers as that would have been easier to remember.
One of my friends asked about this shade and I was struggling hard to remember which AMC no was that and I even do not have so many of them. Lol..
I noticed the AMC range does not give much pigmentation on the lids without the primer and same goes with this. The swatches on my hand are 2-3 swipes. As single swipe was just averagely pigmented. Moreover, the staying power is pretty less for this particular shade sans eye primer.  His particular shade has lesser pigmentation if I compare it with other Inglot AMC shades.
If you do not like refills and find difficult to store them, then you may either buy a palette or skip them. I do not travel with them and keep them in a sleek case.
Here you can see the swatches at in two different lighting but without flash. They are 2-3 swipes.

Earlier I use to think eye primers are just an added product but later realized and learned how important they can be when it comes to eye makeup.
If you are thinking of trying the refills then Visit Majorbrands.in as I have not seen them anywhere online.

Pros:
  • Price is okay for the quantity, quality and shelf life of 3 years.
  • Complete list of ingredients mentioned.
  • Decent pigmentation and staying power though we can use primers to enhance that.
  • Blends properly and does not look patchy.
  • Have not caused any problems like red or teary eyes and also safe for contact lens users.
Cons:
  • Refills may be not liked by everyone.
  • This particular shade is low on pigmentation, though you can see the finger swatch is pigmented enough as I had to rub hard to show the color.
Rating: 3.5 out of 5
My take: It was more like a color swatch post as the other parameters are quite similar with the other shades from this range but the only thing that is worth mentioning would be that this particular shade has less pigmentation as compared with others which makes it a decent product though not excellent. You may try if you like the color.:)

  7. Hon i dont think this a one off issue..i have inglot's amc eyeshadows and they lack majorly in pigmentation n staying power without a decent primer..im only stocking up on pearl and matte finishes now..The matte ones in particular r superb..btw i kinda liked the shade :)

    1. True Lee..:) without the Primers they are less on pigmentation and staying power thats why I mentioned it as some people still do not use primers I suppose.:)
I have seen pearls are very pigmented and glide very smoothly. :)
