Hello everyone!!

Today, I will be sharing a short review on Maybelline Crayon liner. I have seen this eyeliner many times.. sooooo many times... but I never tried until few weeks ago, when I actually bought it. I just could not resist myself to buy eye makeup products as I do not like to wear a lot of makeup so liners and mascaras are the only products I usually splurge on. 

Price- 125 INR

My Experience- This is a regular eyeliner wooden pencil with a black body and Maybelline written in glossy red color and a transparent cap. 
It reminds me of my drawing pencil colors which I still have. Nope.. I am not a kid.. but I love colors and making cards myself for my loved ones!.:D
What can be better to show your love for someone than handmade cards. Isn't it???

I have so many eye pencils of different colors by now. but I do not know why I quiet like this one In spite of having a major con, which you will be reading below!! Why i said that.

It is a regular black eyeliner pencil. It is very pigmented and same pigmentation or rather intensity can be achieved in a single swipe, which is the feature which I extremlely like about this pencil. Just! checkout the hand swatch picture and I hope you will agree with me! Don't you!
Now! apart from the fabulous pigmentation, it has poor staying power and smudges like hell!!
and If you have touched or rubbed it accidentally then my friends, it has all the potential in the world to transform our eyes to that of a racoon's. lol .:D
When I touch it deliberately, I could see the impression on my fingers..

If you will use it on the upper lash line then it will smudge as you open and close your eyes.

I have also used it like a Kajal on the lower lash line and again it does smudge.

So, overall, if I have to say, this eyeliner had great pigmentation but it does smudges. Which can be easily claimed as the only con but then that only con is a major one.

These days I am using in eye makeup looks as a base color sometimes. It looks great when you use it but if an eyeliner smudges then it is not of any use then atleast not as an eyeliner.

Here is how it looks on my eyes. appreciate the pigmentation and please do skip it!!

In the above pictures, I am wearing Maybelline Hypercurl Mascara, if you want to know. i am always ready to promote that products:D as it is a fantastic mascara at an even fantastic price!! .:) Point to be noted.. my lashes are not that long and thick but it's the mascara which made them that. Okay!!  know it's a liner post but again like good people, we should appreciate a good product!:D

Based on that lets sum up the pros and cons.

Pros of Maybelline Crayon Eyeliner

• Easily available.
• Pocket friendly.
• Great pigmentation.
• Regular sharpenable pencil.
• Lid does not break much while sharpening.
• Ingredients are mentioned.

Cons of Maybelline Crayon Eyeliner

• Smudges

Rating- 3 out of 5

My Take- Average eyeliner pencil that has more pros with a major con. Try it if you can ignore the fact that it is not an smudge proof eyeliner pencil.
I have given it 3 and not 2.5 as there are so many liners, pricier than this and smudges the same!
