Oriflame’s On the go Pure color Lipstick Desert Rose Review

Hi Everyone,

I got this lipstick from Oriflame a month ago, but completely forgot to review and swatch it. As I wore it today so, decided to review it. It is Oriflame’s On the go Pure color Lipstick mini one in the shade Desert Rose. Keep on reading to know more about this tiny little thing.

Quantity-  2.5 gms

Packaging- It is a regular cylindrical packaging with an transparent cap and the label at the bottom.

My experience- This Oriflame On the Pure Go Lipstick comes in a small transparent cap packaging. when i saw it for the first time i was like Its so small. around 2 and half inches tall, if i am correct. It is a mini one.

And when I opened it I knew that I will not wearing this color for more then 2-3 times since i like warm toned shade more than this cool toned baby pink shade. It looks beautiful no doubt about it but sadly such colors wash out the medium and dusky skin tones.

My Friends says that it looks good on me but i am not comfortable wearing such colors.

same happens with the plummy shades, I dont think i can carry them that well. Anyways, it not the color's fault. 

This lipstick has a decent formula and staying power. It stayed on my lips for about 3-4 hours. But I have to mention this that the bullet is more to breakage even if you apply a little pressure and this kind of melts. I am sure due to this the bullet is not sturdy enough to bear the pressure when you try to apply some pressure.

Though I am not a great fan of such shades, but still I would like to explore the other shades available which are more warm toned. 

If not this lipstick then there is one product from Oriflame, I am fan of and that is Peach me Glow. Great product it is!!

Pros

• Packaging is okay it is sturdy.
• Quantity and price are reasonable.
• Color pay off is decent.
• It is really creamy and texture is good.
• It has a good staying power.
• Available only through the Oriflame representative or ebay.

Cons

• Can be a bit drying after sometime.
• This particular color will wash out the wheatish and dusky beauties.
• Bullet is prone to breakage as I broke mine.

My take-Considering its price,it is a decent lipsticks. that is all i can say!!
