Himalaya Soothing, Nourishing and Intensive Body Lotions Review

Himalaya Soothing, Nourishing and Intensive Body Lotions Review

Hi girls!!
In winters, body lotions and skin creams are a must have. I will review these 3 body lotions that Himalaya recently sent me in their winter are hamper. I really liked all the products that were there in this winter care kit.

These body lotions are in 3 variants and are as follows:

  • Himalaya Herbals Soothing Body lotion
  • Himalaya Herbals Intensive Body lotion
  • Himalaya Herbals Nourishing Body lotion
I have been using them for the past 3 weeks and have given to my mum as well. She has really dry skin hence, she needs lotions all throughout the year.
So, let’s get to know these one by one.

Himalaya Herbals Soothing Body lotion
This is a lotion which has the soothing skin caring ingredients like the oils of Almond and Grape Seed prevent skin from cracking and provide hydration to help maintain the skin’s natural moisture balance. This is my favorite as I liked the faint whiff of fresh smell that comes from this lotion. Moreover, for men this stays all day long. This is neither very greasy nor less moisturizing. It blends nicely on the skin and leaves a glow and velvety soft skin.

The Key ingredients are:
Almond Oil is an excellent skin softener which moisturizes your skin. The Vitamin A in the oil fights infections. Grape Seed Oil possesses astringent qualities which help to tighten and tone the skin. Grape has a high content of linoleic acid, a fatty acid essential for the skin. It also serves as a wonderful moisturizer which nourishes the skin.

Himalaya Herbals Intensive Body lotion
Himalaya's Cocoa Butter Intensive Body Lotion is specially formulated for dry skin. It intensely moisturizes, softens and smoothens your skin. Cocoa Butter's deep-penetrating, natural ingredients help repair and nourish skin as well as making it supple.

It is enriched with the goodness of Cocoa Butter and Wheat Germ Oil, which replenish the lost moisture in dry skin. Naturally derived ingredients restore skin's elasticity, leaving it softer and more toned than before.
This is very hydrating and the sweet cocoa smell is also one of the highlights. I too have used this butt I think better leave this for the very dry skinned ones.
Key ingredients are: Cocoa Butter, also known as the oil of the obroma, is a high-quality emollient and a skin softening and moisturizing agent. It promotes healing and prevents the skin from drying and cracking. Cocoa Butter also contains antioxidants that can help repair damaged skin. Wheat Germ Oil is a rich source of natural Vitamin E, which nourishes and boosts the skin's elasticity.
Himalaya Herbals Nourishing Body lotion
This body lotion is not extremely greasy but is ideal to be used throughout the year like even for summers.

Aloe Vera, known for its many healing properties, is rich in polysaccharides and nutrients which exhibit antibacterial and antifungal action. A natural UV inhibitor, its hydrating, softening and intense moisturizing properties nourish the skin. Winter Cherry is an effective anti-stress agent. In skin care, this plant is used for its antioxidant action, which helps skin cell regeneration and softens skin.
