L’Oreal Paris Infallible Le Rouge Lipsticks Review
and Swatches
Hey girls!
I will review these L’Oreal Paris Infallible
Le Rouge Lipsticks which were a part of the L’Oreal Paris Cannes 2016
Collection. I liked the Star pure reds Collection and the recently launched LaVie En Rose pinks as well. These lipsticks are launched in several shades out
of which I have 4 shades.
I have the shades like Charismatic Coral, Forever Fuchsia,
Resilient Raisin and Rambling Rose. Before I start the review I would like to
tell you that these lip colors are very creamy and just like molten soft
whipped chocolate.
Price: L’Oreal Paris Infallible Le Rouge Lipsticks
are priced at 1050 rupees.

I like the packaging of this range the outer
tube color matches with the shade inside. The packaging looks classy and expensive.
I realized that the twist up mechanism of these lipsticks is a bit strange,
like when we twist the bottom the bullet will come out entirely but here you have
to twist up twice to take out the bullet. I think this is good since when in
hurry you take out the entire bullet and try to apply with that, that can cause
the bullet to break from the base. Therefore this is good that with one twist there comes a small part up. I don’t know if that is a big deal here or not
but I liked it. So just saying!! :D
The texture of these lipsticks is almost
same with no differentiation unlike the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Mega Lipglosses. These are creamy and glide very nicely on the lips without settling in
the fine lines or accentuating them. The staying span is around 5-6 hours
though when you eat or drink something then they get a bit lighter. These do
feather out a bit due to their creamy texture hence you can apply lip liner
prior to their application to minimize the feathering.
Intensity or the pigmentation is excellent
and I loved the creaminess which makes these good for dry lipped girls as well.
Let’s move on to describe the individual
shades here:
Charismatic
Coral: A true orangish
coral that any woman with Indian complexion will be able to carry well. This is
the color of the season and most of the women love shades like this. They are ideal
for any skin complexion as the warmth of this shade will never wash out any
skin tone. I like such colors to be very
Indian because they can be paired with Indian outfits beautifully and doesn’t
even matter if the occasion is a daytime one or for the night time.
Forever
Fuchsia: It’s a bright pink
which is cheerful and very appropriate for the summers. I liked it and can see
myself using this a lot. This can be paired with western outfits and can also
be used as a stain for work or college. The intensity of this color is beautiful
but I guess this can be a little too bright for dusky complexions.
Resilient
Raisin: This is a brown
which is a brown with no red or orange tones. If you like browns then this shade
can be used. I have never liked brown lip colors so this is not my kinda shade but the shade
is beautiful for women who loves to sport browns.
Rambling
Rose: This is more like a
muted pink. I loved the color and this is a beautiful pink that can be
carried off easily during the day time. I liked
the color and the tones in this color are suitable or even the dusky girls as
well who do not like sporting too bright of shades.
Rating: 4 out of 5
Take: I liked the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Le
Rouge Lipsticks and they are very creamy with very soft texture which is apt
for dry lips. The formula is good to stay on the lips though needs retouching
after 5-6 hours. They do stain which is a good thing for girls who like to wear
lip colors that stain a bit. The shades are pretty with excellent pigmentation.
Price of these lipsticks is 1050 rupees each which can be a bit higher but
considering that every brand these days is raising their price and L’Oreal Paris
has lipsticks ranges which are around 1000 rupees, hence I won’t complain. Though
I would say, if you don’t mind spending that much then do try them.
Loved all the shades... great buy at great price... Nice post :)
