Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact Powder Review, Swatches and Photos

Hi girls,
All of us with oily combination skin deal with oily and shining skin during the day that needs frequent touch ups. I look up to compact powders to touch up as they can instantly soak up the oil for a matte looking skin. In this post, I will be sharing this review on Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact Powder. This newly launched compact powder is a 12 hour perfecting compact which helps you look fresh, fair and always in control. I am using this compact for the past 1 month and now that I am satisfied with this product, I will be sharing my views on it.

Brand claims: Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact Powder lasts up to 12 hours. No dabbing, washing or touch-ups necessary. It keeps you fresh and fair throughout the day. This absorbs sweat and doesn't let your skin get patchy. This has pure perlite.
Available in 3 shades for your skin tone: Pearl (Light to Medium), Shell (Medium) & Coral (Medium to Dark)

Experience with Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact Powder (Pearl)
Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact Powder comes in a white carton that encloses a round plastic packaging of Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact. The packaging looks good and I personally liked it a lot. Plain and simple. Inside, there is a decent sized mirror which is ideal for frequent touch ups that we do during the day. The puff or the applicator is flexible and not that hard. You know when the puff is a bit flexible then it gets easy to dab the powder over the nose and chin area. I was thinking that the powder will be a bit chalky but to my surprise when I touched, it was finely milled and very smooth in texture. Such fine powers which are chalky actually seeps into the pores and give a better finish. They also absorb the oils better.
I used to use this powder after applying my BB cream and the powder has given me an air brushed like finish. The fine texture seeps into the lines and will not accentuate them. In fact, this absorbs the oil in just one dab over my T zone and the good thing is that this will not get cakey. Blending the powder is really easy. This gets blended on the skin very easily and gives a shade lighter skin tone.

This has become my go to compact after the L’Oreal Mat Magique powder. Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact Powder is extremely affordable and I liked that the packaging, texture, absorbing properties make it a decent powder for teenagers, college girls and people on budget.  Even if it is a budget product then too I like it was better than some of the expensive compact powders.

Pros of Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact Powder

  • Nice packaging
  • Price is very affordable
  • Easy to blend
  • Texture is fine and non chalky
  • Satiny powder that does not dry the skin
  • Gives a better looking skin
  • Absorbs oils and appears non cakey
Cons of Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact Powder
  • Only 3 shades there could have been at least 5

Rating: 4 out of 5

Take: Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact Powder is a very inexpensive and nicely packaging compact that gives a matte looking skin yet with no dryness. This absorbs the oils nicely and provides a matte airbrushed skin by slipping in the skin lines and pores. The texture is extremely fine and hydrating which makes it easy to blend and doesn’t look chalky or ashy on the face unless you have selected a lighter shade than your skin color.
