Makeup Look with Cannes Collection 2015

Makeup Look with Cannes Collection 2015

Every year, I look forward to Cannes Film Festival  to catch a glimpse of our Indian celebrities especially Aishwarya Rai walk the ramp. Lat year she sizzled the red carpet and this year too she looked equally stunning. Couple of days ago, I posted these picture of the new Cannes 2015 collection from L’Oreal Paris. This year the beauty theme is Matte or gloss. I am a matte person so, I did this look here where I have paired the L’Oreal Paris Super gel Liner in Royal Blue with a plumish red lip color.

I actually got this lip color by mixing two of the L'Oreal Lipsticks which I received in the Cannes Collection. I used the Limited Edition Arabian Nights first then topped off Moist matte in Lincoln Rose over that to get that color.
I am literally in love with this Royal Blue eyeliner. It is such a great jewel toned blue which will look beautiful on most if the Indian skin tones. It glides effortlessly and so beautifully without any tugging.

I like the finish of the Limited Edition Lipstick, it’s super matte yet very moisturizing. Being a matte lip color lover, the dryness and flakiness of the lips is my biggest concern but this Moist matte range and the Collection Star pure reds which was launched in the beginning of this year has literally solved my concern.

I used a matte brown on my eyelids and just a light touch of coppery gold eyeshadow with a very faint peach blush. I used L’Oreal Paris Nude* Magic Foundation in the shade 328 Sun beige. This is my HG of foundation especially for photographs, even with the flash, there is no visible white cast even if it has SPF 18 in it.

By the way, My I changed my hair color back to the dark brown which looks black here just for the top portion while I kept the rest of the strands in the coppery shade which was the color I had when I tried the L’Oreal Professionnel Majirel cool Cover Service. It’s been so many months and the hair color is still there.

So, this was the look dearies. Hope you liked. :)
