Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition shampoo and conditioner Review
Around a month ago, I posted about these Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition shampoo and conditioner in a first impression post and my hair woes at that time. Garnier has sent me these products and even before that I have used long and strong, damage control. I had already used two of these Triple nutrition ones. It’s like there are some brands that work well for my hair type and Garnier is one of them. Moreover, my hair doesn’t have too many concerns therefore most of the products work well though I prefer few only.
Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition shampoo and conditioner both exudes a lovely fruity scent which is I think is a characteristic of Garnier shampoos as even before blogging I have used garnier shampoos and they smelled amazing. I won’t take a lot of shampoo as it lathers well so, just a teaspoonful is sufficient to get a hair wash. Even when my hair is greasy it takes just a little bit extra.
The shampoo lathers well and will clean the scalp and hair properly which is the main purpose of any shampoo or cleansers.
The conditioner is a thick creamy milky white which is equally sweet smelling. I take around 3 teaspoonfuls of the conditioner and dab that on my hair below the ears.
After keeping the conditioner for 2- 3 minutes, I would rinse it off. Now, post the hair wash, my hair is silky and has this subtle scent of the shampoo which lingers for around an hour. I don’t comb my hair after the wash, just the finger combing is enough.
After using Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition shampoo and conditioner for more than a month, I feel that my hair breakage has reduced. Here, I am talking about the breakage due to the tangles. My hair are smoother so while I comb, there will be less tangles and they will get combed out really quick. I have few split ends since a lot of them have been chopped off when I had the layered cut couple of months ago but I have this feeling that since the shampoo and the conditioner are very nourishing, they will be able to seal in the moisture and will prevent the split ends.
My mum said that my hair texture has improved or I should say that I have retained my original smoother hair texture as I had some dryness on the upper hair near the crown that may be due to the heat damage.
Overall, I am satisfied with Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition shampoo and conditioner as of now I will be sticking to it.
If you have not used this Triple Nutrition range then you can try with the smaller pack of this shampoo to check if it suits you. I think it will be good for all the hair types except for extremely dry hair. For extremely dry hair you can go for hot oil massaging along with the suitable shampoo.
