Hey all!!

I will review another Bottega di LungaVita product and this time it’s the Vita Age Eye Lip Moisturizing Serum. The serum is meant to be used under and over the eyes and the surrounding areas and apart from that it is also for the delicate skin around the lips. By the way if you haven’t heard much about this brand then Bottega di LungaVita is an Italian skin care and cosmetics brand that has recently started their venture in India and very soon, they will have their first store in India in G.K M block Market. I have got the Invite yesterday. Let’s see, if I am going. Actually, this time a lot of events are taking place in Delhi but as usual I am not in a mood to go. Anyways, moving on with this serum.

Views on the product: This eye lip moisturizing Serum comes in a chubby glass bottle with a pump dispenser that gives it an overall classy feel. I really like the packaging more because it has a pump attached though I found that the pump is a bit tight and will not pour out the desired product. I mean, if I want to take only a tiny blob, for which would then press the pump ever so slightly, it will not allow that, and will press all the way down and squirts out a decent amount of product.

The serum is a beigy milky translucent, very light weight. While I gently massing and pat it near the eye socket, under and over the lids, it really gets absorbed nicely with no greasiness. I use it day and night while the under eye cream that I had reviewed earlier, was pretty good too, I don’t use that anymore since I gave it to my cousin and kept this for myself as due to its serum like texture I can use it during the day as well. Having said that, even the cream version wasn’t that greasy.

For the eyes, it had worked well so far. It keeps the under eye area moisturized and prevents fine lines and wrinkles. I have seen some positive changes there. But when I have used it as a lip serum which means that it is supposed to be used around the lips to keep that area moisturized, which I did for around a week but unfortunately may be due to its formula, it didn’t suit me and I noticed few whiteheads like tiny pearly things around my lips so, I discontinued using it near my mouth.

May be those with dry skin can try it as it can hydrate the delicate skin near the lips beacuse like eye area there too, fine lines can be formed very easily. I like this product as an under eye cream/serum but definitely not as a lip serum.

I will recommend normal to dry skinned people to use it both ways while oily to combination skin girls can use it just as a good eye serum.

Take: Bottega di Lungavita Vita age eye and lip Serum is a decent under eye serum for all skin types while as a lip serum to hydrate the skin surrounding your lips, it will suits normal to dry skin only.
