Auravedic Skin Lightening Mask Review

Hi everyone!!
I will review Auravedic Skin lightening mask that I have been using for the past few weeks. It claims to lighten the skin and improve the skin complexion.
Brand Says: “This gentle facial mask formulated with pure natural actives deeply penetrates the skin to lighten the complexion and clarify dark spots for glowing and radiant skin.
Price: It is priced at 200 INR for 50 grams tub. These product are available on their official site.
Ingredients: Extracts of Red Sandal, Saffron, Turmeric, Neem , Tulsi, Nagarmotha, Licorice, Mulberry, Amla, papaya Enzyme, Sorbitol, Potassium Sorbate
Views: Auravedic Skin Lightening Mask comes in a tub pack which I think could have been in a tube. But for face mask it will do. I like that this product has not been tested on animals and is paraben free.

The face mask has a very herbal kind of fragrance out of which neem, turmeric, sandal and amla can be detected by the smell. Consistency is quite thick but once spread over the skin in circular motions it will be easier to work with it. I used this thrice and didn’t feel the need to moisten up my face before this. I find this face mask very different that I have ever used, While I am trying to spread it over the face, It feels warm as in steam on the face. I have experienced this with some hot oil which when you massage gets warmed up automatically but for a face mask it was very different. The warm steamy feeling goes off after a couple of minutes and the face pack starts to gets loosen up on its own. It will not get dry therefore; have to be removed after 15- 20 minutes.

It is quite easy to get rid of as it doesn’t stick badly on the skin unlike some face packs hence can be removed with a couple of splashes only. After I pat dry my face, my skin look cleansed with oil and dirt removed and slight glow is there. It is a decent face pack for oily skin as well.
It does takes off some amount of tanning from the face but I have not noticed skin lightening thing yet. Price could have been a little lesser. Overall it’s a decent face mask that can brighten up the skin and remove the tan after a couple of uses. It says that it can be used daily which I would say yes, it is safe to do so.
Rating for Auravedic Skin lightening mask: 3.5 out of 5
