I don't have to emphasis how important lip balms can be for those of us who have dry lips. I am someone with extremely dry lips that will get flaky within no time. But on a good note, I get to try different lip balms. I will review Himalaya Herbals Strawberry Shine Lip Balm in this post. This is the latest lip balm from Himalaya herbals.
Price- It costs 120 rupees for this 4.5 g of lip balm
Ingredients- Strawberry seed oil, Apricot seed oil, Ricinus communis seed oil, Beeswax, Theobrama, cacao, Seed butter, Steryl Behente, Hydrogenated castor oil, Coco glycerides, Tocopherol
Experience- Like most of the regular lip balms this too comes in a retractable tube packaging. what I like is it's bright red cap with a white retractable body and the cherry red colored lip balm. It looks appealing!
The lip balm smells like strawberries to that extent that it will not leave you till the time you have this lip balm on your lips. It smells yummy and I resist hard not to eat it.
The bullet of the balm is quite hard and when you apply you don't feel it too greasy and slippery like the way Vaseline petroleum jelly feels on your lips. Due to this feature, the balm actually sits a lot longer on the lips and doesn't get wiped off soon. It's a good point for this balm.
It is not a color changing balm but has this very faint reddish tint to it which when I apply looks like as I have naturally reddish tinted lips.
It keeps my lips soft and well moisturized for around 2 hours and then my lips will not feel dry but there will be some flakiness. It can give moisture to your lips but may not repair them. so, I will not use it during the night time before going to bed. In Anyways, who wears a colored balm at night? Other than that, it is a decent lip balm that gives a tint to your lips.

Else if you need something more hydrating go for Himalaya non colored balms.
