Deepika Padukone Makeup Breakdown : Celebrity makeup looks

Hey Girls!!
Recently I saw Deepika Padukone in various award functions and events where like always she looked stunning, not only her dress/outfit, but what enticed me was her makeup, that was impressive, impeccable and something that made her no less than a goddess. In this post, I will decode or breakdown her makeup.  In the past, I have done celebrity makeup breakdowns that you girls have liked but couldn’t continue so, from this post I will be continuing that series. The looks that I have selected are from subtle to something very classy, perfect for a cocktail, brunch or even casual hangout minus the outfits here of course.
Anyways, here we go.

Now, this look is something that I would say is just perfect for an evening makeup, whether you will be donning a traditional outfit or something to go with your cocktail party; it’s going to look fabulous regardless of your complexion.

So, what makes this makeup look so amazing?  It’s the oxblood lips. This shade suits a lot of skin tones. If you will notice in this look too, she has her signature bold brows and there is a soft matte plumy color on the eyelids with a black pencil or eyeshadow used as an eyeliner and smudge later. Very soft contouring with even softer peachy pink blush, I think a peachy orange will also compliment the look equally. There is some highlighting at the inner corner with a champagne shimmery color on the lower lid with loads of mascara on the curled eyelashes.

This look was from a star plus event I guess, where she has this very daytime kind of look when it comes to makeup and the heavy dangling earrings have definitely transformed this subtle look into a glamorous evening look. I have seen most of the times she will have a matte brown or some other earthy neutral eyeshadow on her eyelids with smudged eyeliner using a pencil or a black/grey eyeshadow, like in the previous look minus the shimmer inner corner highlighting. Mascara is again used in excess which makes her lashes look voluminous and fluttery. Mascara is one thing that can really open up your peepers so even if you are into no makeup look most of the times, go for mascara at least, a transparent will do, if not black.

There is a very soft peachy brown blush with a peachy brown lipcolor. Even Priyanka sports a lot of peachy brown shades. It’s a color that suit Indian skin tones without looking over the top.
You might have heard or even did the classic winged eyeliner paired with red lips. This next look in which she made her public appearance bowled me over. You may know the reason, it’s undoubtedly the perfectly applied winged eyeliner where the wing tapers so smoothly across the outer corner extending near the outer end of the eyebrows in such a beautiful way that it doesn’t look too bold or too much even for the day time.

Here she has paired that eye makeup with an orange based red lipcolor. A peachy blush compliments her complexion and completes the look. I absolutely love this makeup. Again you may wear this during the day or night time. For evening look, you can add some shimmery silver, champagne kinda eye shadow on the eyelids to make them reflect light and transform the look to an evening one.
