DIY: Homemade Sugar scrub for body

DIY: Homemade Sugar scrub for body

Hi all!!
Exfoliation is very important in making skin smooth and flakes free. There are a lot of scrubs available but nothing can beat the home made easy scrubs with natural ingredients. Sounds fantastic!! Right? Body scrubs not only removes dead skin cells but also improves the blood circulation and skin texture.
Try this Sugar scrub and get rid of the dead skin to reveal a glowing skin.
For this Sugar body scrub you will need:
A cup of finely granulated sugar preferably brown sugar, I took white one.
Lemon
Olive oil
And a bowl
Honey
How to make: In a bowl take one cup of sugar, little honey, one teaspoon of olive oil and squeeze a lemon. Mix them well and Take in the shower.
If your sugar crystals are large then you can also keep the mixture for sometime so that the crystals can dissolve and get smaller. You can also grind the sugar before making the body scrub.

Use it all over your body and scrub and massage concentrating on the dry areas like knees, elbows, heels etc. massage till all the sugar is dissolved. Your skin will love it!!

After you finish the shower you would feel you skin is softer and smooth.
Sugar helps in exfoliation and lime juice helps in getting rid of tanning and any marks while Olive oil moisturizes the skin making it glowy and beautiful. With regular use you would start to see changes in your skin.

Try this very easy to make sugar scrub and reveal a beautiful skin. I made mine and used it too in the morning. :D
