Soft Smokey Brown Eyes with Orangey red Lips

Hello everyone!!
Happy weekends!! Weekends are such a relief, so does this post as I didn't feel like taking any product pics or writing reviews today so this post will help me then! yaay!!:D
I will share this look today that I did a week ago, I wanted to do a Smokey brown eye makeup with a crisp sharp wing!

I did but could not make the tute as batteries were in charging. I could not wait so did it without the steps. :D

Most of the times, I do my eye makeup only on one eye! (lazy me) and it looks really funny when you see the entire face in person, due to which my younger brother could never resist making fun of me! So, this time I did it on both of my eyes and then I thought should pair it with an orangey red lipstick, I tried Inglot no 37 and that was a tad more orangey so I mixed it with some Lakme enrich satins no 356, one of my latest purchases, I think the final color is really pretty what you think??

Here, I wanted to share only the eye makeup specially so, I have not used any foundation, just the Pond’s BB cream and Revlon Touch and Glow Compact! No blush or bronzer.
I think too much makeup doesn’t suit me at all.:D

Eye makeup:
On my eyes, I used a pale brown color on the entire lid and a medium brown on the crease and blended it upwards. Then on the crease only, I used a dark brown shadow and on the outer V, I used a charcoal shade. All these shades are from the 120 eye shadow palette and applied Maybelline gel liner in a slight wing shape and later flicked it out.
I applied kohl on my waterline and the same gel liner underneath the waterline.
You may noticed in this look I did not fill in my brows properly as I wanted to keep it look natural and not too dramatically filled in. :D and thanks to Cannon that makesme look almost white here. lol

Anyways, that was the look, hope you liked! Have a great weekend!!

  16. Loved your eye makeup!! even for me too much makeup never work out!!I don't know why :( If I apply kajal in waterline then I should skip bright lipstick.. so I apply eyeliner only on upper lash line.. if I apply blush even lightly.. I look too much made up :( - Shami

Exactly that's what happens with me which is why, I only go for liner on the upper lashline and just lipstick, even a product more makes me look like a makeup box which I really dislike!
But then it's good na we don't have to put too much.:D

  18. The smoking effect you did is very soft and even but your thick eyeliner makes it very dramatic! Great for the night time! And that bright engine red is so great on you! Great pairing!
