4 Different types of Eyeliner Styles - EOTD

4 Types of Eyeliner Looks

Eyeliners can make your eyes more appealing and beautiful. Eyeliner as you might be know, is not restricted to one particular shape, we can try so many different variations from thin, thick, cat or winged to name some popular shapes to go with. I did try few of them and thought of sharing the same!!

I have used Maybelline gel liner mixed with little silver.
I know.. I messed up with the swirl pot and now left with mixture of the two.:D.. need to buy only black soon..

These types of eye styles can be easily created by using a pen or gel eyeliner since you have more control and steady hand movements.
1. This is the first look, which is really simple and the traditional way to apply your eyeliner by drawing it till the edge of the outer corner. This shape is simple yet fabulous.

2. In this look, I extended the liner a little outward from my outer corner like a wing. This is really great technique to make eyes look visibly big as in the length.

3. Then, I made the look a little dramatic by making the wing broad and more slanted. I also did add liner on the lower lash line starting from the outer corner till midway. If you want to draw attention towards your eyes other more than rest of the features and at the same time do not want to go over top then, this can be a good idea.

4. In the last look I applied kohl and lined the entire lower lash line to give that really bold effect. This look I must say indeed is very bold and I suppose with this there is no need to go for an eye shadow. At least not the darker shades. It itself is so “look at my eyes” type eye look. Honestly!! I can not pull it off it was just for this post .:) but I know some of you can look really great with such heavily lined eyes!!

Hope you liked them too!

  9. I'm always doing number 2 or if I want to bring some to the bottom, number 3, I have a problem like a lot of smaller lid girls rimming all the way around, the liner will gather in my eye duct and its so horrible! ^^

    1. I can understand, it all gathers near the tear duct and then smudges horribly.:) upper lining is great in that case.

  23. I loved all 4 and for your eyes, every look suits you. Confession: I know from your previous reviews too that you find full rimmed eyes too bold. Would you be surprised if I tell you #4 is my everyday look :) ?
