After reviewing Elle 18 colorpops lipstick in Cranberry , I thought that I should do the review of the second one too that I have in the shade Rosy Blush which is a really pretty color that will look good on fair to medium skin tones.

Price- 100 INR for 4.3 gms and shelf life of 36 months
What the company claims- A blast of color with punch of Cocoa. The intense moisturizing core in the center protects and cares for your lips.
Packaging- Packaging is black plastic one with a picture. Shorter and fatter than the regular lipsticks’ packaging. Packaging is indeed cute, however, I preferred the older one in lilac pink case.
My experience- Elle 18 colorpops are easily available everywhere in shops and online, in more than 25 shades. The shade that I am going to review today is Rosy Blush which is no 27.
Rosy Blush is a nice rosy red or I should sat that it is a pinkish red which is a lovely color.
The color of this lipstick resembles the Maybelline Moisture Extreme in Windsor Rose a lot (which I have reviewed few weeks ago), except for the creaminess and a bit of a glossy sheen Maybelline one has. This one is a matte shade.
It has cocoa creme in the centre to give that extra moisture to the lips. Texture is average and it is moisturizing but upto some extent. Staying power is below average for 2-3 hours sans meals.
Here are the swatches of Elle 18 Rosy Blush and Maybelline Windsor Rose.

Here are the pros and cons of this lipstick based on my experience.
It is easily available and so many shades to choose from.
Packaging is sturdy enough and cute but I preferred the older one.
It is very cheap and pocket friendly.
It has a mild fragrance, not overpowering , reminds me of chocolate.
Pigmentation is nice and color can be built by swiping it more.
It doesnot bleed or leaves a stain when you wipe it.
Rosy Blush justifies its name as it is a red with pink undertones or a Pinkish Red we can say… which will suit fair and wheatish complexions very well.
Except for the cocoa crème nothing is mentioned on the packaging.
It is highly transferable.
Below average staying power.
Rating- 3.5 out of 5
My take- As this comes at such a cheap price that we can not expect it to score on every aspect concerned, but it is a decent product and the shade is really pretty, not pure red but a pinkish red that will suit and look good on wheatish and fair skinned girls a lot.
Pigmentation of these lipsticks may vary from shade to shade.
